Vanishing Point 07 heralds a Double Cask maturation for the first time. First spending 9 months in The Glenlivet 18YO casks before being finished for 3 months in Port Casks. This years' release is rich and complex yet with a warming mellowness. With a malty-mocha and caramel backbone, accented with hints of berry and nut.

Every ingredient is hand selected, the absolute best we can get, and chosen with only one thing in mind; flavour. And every year when we come to brew and mature it, we build on what we’ve done before, always refining, always progressing this beer, our apex, our Vanishing Point.

Apresentou coloração preta opaca com espuma marrom escuro de baixa formação e longa persistência. No aroma temos chocolate, turfa, madeira, uva passa, ameixa, baunilha, uísque, licor de cacau e malte torrado. Na boca as notas permanecem, complementadas por canela, café, amêndoas defumadas e um pouco de pão preto. Final seco. Tem bom corpo, baixa carbonatação e textura sedosa. Maravilhosa!
