Apresentou coloração preta opaca com espuma marrom escura de fina formação e média persistência. No aroma temos geleia de frutas escuras, chocolate, melaço, figos em calda, madeira, cereja, Porto, tâmaras secas, toffee, baunilha, castanhas caramelizadas, tostado e leve tabaco. Na boca as notas permanecem, complementadas por licor de cacau e ameixas em calda. Tem bom corpo, carbonatação amena, textura licorosa e agradável aquecimento alcoólico devido aos 13,4% de teor alcoólico. Espetacular. Provei algumas receitas desta cervejaria norueguesa e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade.
