Dare Mighty Things. Whatever that may mean to you.
For us, that meant brewing a daringly dry-hopped IPA with loads of mighty whole flower American hops.
Just as our founders were inspired to #DareMightyThings when they founded Victory Brewing Company in 1996, we too were inspired by Teddy Roosevelt when it came to brewing one of your new favorite DIPAs.
“Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.”
Flavor
Pours a hazy dark yellow. Huge dank aromatics. Piney and orange rinds. Mango. Tropical. All over the place. Body is lucious with a minor amount of biscuit malt that backs an otherwise huge hop-load. Alcohol is very well hidden, not a touch of booze. A minor biitterness in the finish. One fine DIPA.
Food Pairings
Humboldt Fog cheese, hot buffalo chicken wings, bacon cheddar cheeseburger.
Serving Suggestion
Serve at 48 F pouring gentle to keep the head at bay until the last bit of the bottle which can be poured with vigor.

Seasonally available in 2017 in 12 oz. 6 packs in Victory Taprooms and throughout Victory's distribution.

Aroma com notas de manga, frutas de caroço, feno, tangerinas, pinho,
Sabor com notas de tangerinas, especiarias, feno, pinho, pimenta branca, mamão, manga, resina, mel, maltes tostados e bastante goiaba e frutas de caroço. Retrogosto seco e amargo.
Corpo de médio a robusto com carbonatação de leve a apropriada. Álcool de 8,3% é levemente sentido.
DIPA picante e floral com alguns sabores tropicais. Embora tenha uma complexidade grande é um tanto confusa.
