Sinergia’19 is a fresh, aromatic beer with a rich bouquet of tropical fruits and peach, in synergy with the bitterness of a generous hopping.

Spencer and Tre Fontane are 2 of the 12 Trappist breweries in the world and, respectively, the only ones in the USA and in Italy.
These breweries can use the “Authentic Trappist Product” logo to certify that the beer is brewed inside the abbey, under the control of the monks and that the proceeds are intended to the need of the monastic community, to solidarity within the order, to the development of projects and for charitable causes.

Salvo engano, acho que é a primeira colaboração entre cervejarias trapistas.
Apresentou coloração âmbar translúcida com espuma branca de média formação e boa persistência. No aroma temos mel, grapefruit, manga, pêssego, pinho e raspas de laranja. Na boca as notas permanecem, complementadas por suave hortelã, toques apimentados, noz moscada e azeitonas verdes. Tem corpo médio, carbonatação moderada e textura um pouco resinosa. IPA extremamente complexa e saborosa. Dei muita sorte de ter encontrado essa cerveja durante a viagem.
