The Gauloise was the first beer brewed by the Brasserie du Bocq in 1858. At the time, Martin Belot, the Brewery’s founder drew his inspiration from the many Gallo-Roman sites in the region to create an authentic beer representative of Gallic brewing know-how: The “Gauloise”. GAULOISE AMBREE – 5.5% alcohol by volume. "The Gauloise Ambrée is characterised by its fragrance. You will find a varied palette of flavours. It is very easily digestible and refreshing." Description Appearance : Amber coloured, bright, fine sparkle, delicate and thick head. Aroma : A pleasant blend of the aroma of hops and a slight hint of liquorice. Taste : A pronounced bitterness, mellow and thirst quenching. Remark : Best when drunk between 5° and 12°C. Packaging : 33 cl, 75 cl, 20 litre keg Serving suggestions Pasta, pizzas, spicy dishes, Belgian blue cheeses.

No geral muito boa, porém a relação custo-benefício não ajuda.
Aroma de frutas cítricas e malte.
Sabor de malte e frutas cítricas, final complexo.
Ótima cerveja, mas pra mim o custo benefício foi ruim. Paguei 30 reais na Mr.Beer, enquanto alguns colegas daqui pagaram 7 a 12 reais. Péssimo negócio fazer compras por lá.
Bom aroma de pêssego-banana, menta e caramelos.
Sabor de alcaçuz, maltes levemente tostados, lúpulos florais e terrosos, melaço, cravos, chiclete, chá de menta, suco de maçã e frutas silvestres. Retrogosto seco, de amargor elegante e um pouco picante. O tipo que que faz você implorar pelo próximo gole.
Corpo médio com uma carbonatação efervescente.
Cerveja prazerosa, super balanceada e não tão cansativa como algumas belgas.
