Our Brugse Bok is a seasonal beer with a full malty aroma thanks to the use of different types of roasted malt. Brugse Bok finds its origin in the German and Dutch traditions of the seasonal bock beers.
The taste experience features a light bitterness with hints of caramel and raisin. The aroma is identified by unique spiciness and dark fruit. Apresentou coloração acobreada escura com reflexos rubi e espuma bege de média formação e longa persistência. No aroma temos caramelo, uva passa, ameixa, açúcar mascavo, casca de pão e um pouco de canela. Na boca as notas permanecem, complementadas por toques apimentados e malte tostado. Final seco. Tem corpo médio, carbonatação moderada e textura macia. Ótima!
