An innovative and fresh session ale in the American style, brewed with the modern hop variety Citra. S:t Eriks Pale Ale is a shining amber example of Jessica Heidrich’s signature “Love & Hops” – easy to drink and rich with plenty of hop aromas and character.
Aroma and taste
Large aroma and citrusy scent from the Citra hops with hints of elderflower, gooseberry and rhubarb reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc wine. Well-balanced and complex taste with distinct citrus floral bitterness. Long, fresh and aromatic bitter finish.
Serving tip
Best served at 7-10 °. Magnificent session beer which for wine connoisseurs suggests hints of Sauvignon Blanc wine. Suitable for herb-crusted pork tenderloin or chicken as well as lamb and seafood.

Cerveja de tom amarelo levemente acobreado e de carbonatação mediana. O paladar é predominante de lúpulo e possui notas cítricas, deixando certo amargor no final que também é ligeiramente seco.
