Choco Coffee Imperial Stout

Almost every Seattleite is an addict of at least one of our micro-batched vices: Beer, Coffee and Chocolate. This collaborative Imperial Stout was born from the collectively warped mind of Elysian Brewing and Brewdog Brewing. After fermentation, it was aged for five days on 125 pounds of Theo cocoa nibs sourced from the Congo. Then, it was infused with a coffee concentrade of Ugandian and Nicaraguan beans, courtesy of Victrola Coffee Roasters. Lastly, the beer was injected with pure caffeine extracted in the famed gastronomy lab of Chris Young Regardless of your "fix"preference, we promise that you'll be feeling a buzz.
