Perfect for a float down the Hooch or just grillin’ in the backyard, Waterkeeper Hefeweizen is our go to summer brew. Picks up with notes of banana and clove and light enough to drink all day.
Spec: 5.7% ABV, 6 packs, 15.5 Gallon Kegs, 5.2 Gallon Kegs
Grains: 50% 2 Row, 50% wheat
Hops: Sterling and Hallertau
Beginning almost a decade ago we began working with Chattahoochee Riverkeeper to help them in their mission of protecting the river which provides clean water for millions of folks in the southeast (quite possibly you and definitely our brewery!)
What began as donating cases of SweetWater for fundraisers and post river cleanup refreshments turned into the Save the Hooch Campaign, raising over $250,000 to date for CRK’s mission.
The success of the campaign has spread throughout the southeast to other local communities and their local Waterkeepers. Waterkeeper Hefeweizen continues our mission to raise awareness for Waterkeepers and assist them in their fight to preserve our rivers, streams, and coastlines.
