Aroma: Rich with moderate sweetness and complex malt aromas that predominate while accentuating a spicy, floral Saaz hop bouquet. Pleasant and refreshing. Clean, with no fruity esters or diacetyl.

Appearance: Brilliant to very clear pale gold to deep burnished gold color. Frothy white head piles atop this clear, golden beer with premium lacing. Retention should be quite good.

Flavor: Complex malt profile with a pleasant sweetness. Caramel sweetness balanced with complex malts produce a strong, smooth finish, elegant mouth feel with no lingering after taste. Saaz hops and low sulfate, low carbonate water provide a distinctively soft, rounded hop profile. Balance continues through the finish and the hop bitterness balances with a sweet, clean, refreshing finish. Clean, no fruity esters.
