CAPPUCCINO OATMEAL STOUT*
Our head brewmaster, Keith Villa, got the idea for this wintery ale while relaxing in a local coffee shop with a frothy cappuccino on a frosty afternoon. The fresh coffee aroma and rich roasted taste of our limited-release Cappuccino Oatmeal Stout is the perfect way to unwind and catch up with friends this winter.

Malts: Pale, Light Caramel, Carafa®, Oats
Hops: Taurus
Our Twist: Decaf coffee and cocoa
IBUs: 10
Original Gravity: 14.8 degrees Plato
ABV: 5.9

We recommend serving this beer in a tall pilsner-style glass.
APPEARANCE
Dark brown ale with a creamy tan head and unfiltered haze.
AROMA
Assertive coffee aroma with a hint of cocoa.
TASTE
Fresh-roasted-coffee flavor with a light cocoa and malt sweetness. Bitterness is mild and balanced.
MOUTHFEEL
Medium body with creamy mouthfeel with a hint of dryness.
FINISH
Light coffee taste with cocoa that gradually fades from the palate with a clean finish.

De coloração preta, bordas avermelhadas, opaca. Espuma marrom, densa e relativamente persistente. Delicioso aroma trazendo muito café, chocolate e torrefação. No sabor, início e final equilibrando o dulçor e amargor com maestria, notas de malte, caramelo, torrefação, chocolate e muito café. Álcool na medida. Carbonatação média. Corpo médio para leve.
Uma deliciosa [BJCP2015] 16B: Oatmeal Stout, com aroma e sabor impressionantes. Achei que poderia ser mais encorpada e cremosa para uma Oatmeal, mas nada que não impacte o conjunto.
